 Pure Belgian Milk "Couverture" chocolate contains 38.5 % cocoa. Made from all natural ingredients and Kosher certified, it contains no hydrogenated oils or subsitituted vegetable fats.

Pure Belgian Dark "Couverture" chocolate contains 62.5 % of cocoa solids. Made from all natural ingredients and Kosher certified, it conatins no hydrogenated cocoa solids or substituted fats.
